What you don't want to hear but can happen
- The buyer will negotiate the price, inspection and potentially the valuation
- You will want to tell your family and friends about the sale... Don't do it.
- The agent of the potential buyer will make an appointment, but they will not come and call
- Scheduled appointments will be cancelled at the last minute
- Agree to look at the low offers. At least that's a start!
- The buyer could lose his job or worse during the transaction.
