What you don't want to hear but can happen

  • The buyer will negotiate the price, inspection and potentially the valuation
  • You will want to tell your family and friends about the sale... Don't do it.
  • The agent of the potential buyer will make an appointment, but they will not come and call
  • Scheduled appointments will be cancelled at the last minute
  • Agree to look at the low offers. At least that's a start!
  • The buyer could lose his job or worse during the transaction.
